At More Than Words, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
